The Politics of Hong Kong's Housing Crisis
Hong Kong is in the midst of the most severe housing affordability crisis in the world. This thesis seeks to understand the issue through the lenses of historical conditions, global ties, and China's economic development. By combining historical knowledge with a focus on how political actors have influenced an economic outcome, this thesis hopes to contribute to an interdisciplinary understanding of this complex crisis.
