Albie, a serious young man, is excited to start practicing criminal law under the mentorship of his childhood idol, his Aunt Grace. However, their first case together goes awry and they find themselves thrown out of the firm to Albie's dismay and Grace's delight. Forced to begin anew, Grace convinces Albie to start a firm with her under less than advantageous circumstances. This comically mismatched pair must now confront how their relationship has changed since Albie was the wide-eyed kid and Grace was the cool aunt.
