Tracking the Mining Industry's Response to the HIV/AIDS Outbreak in South Africa. Through looking at this through a historical lens, it becomes evident that the industry's response was both with and without precedent. I examine the influence of the African Union, the Financial Advantages of prevention and treatment and make contrast the industry's policy with that of the South African government.
