Abstract
This thesis¬¬¬ De Donde Sos?: The Impossible Fact Union of Blackness andin Argentinidad explores the cultural and spatial politics of Black identities in the city of Buenos Aires. More specifically, I consider the ways that Argentinas identity, as the Latin American exceptionracially white and Europeanis actually a product of the nationalist race ideology blanqueamiento.
