Abstract
This study examines the relationship between a large youth demographic and the post-conflict reconstruction process. Through an examination three cases of modern reconstruction, Mozambique, the Democratic Republic of Congo and Kosovo, the thesis rethinks current arguments about the nature of youth roles in conflict and the types of policies and programs that serve to realize the dynamic role of youth during post-conflict reconstruction.
