Normal Skepticism: A study of Robert Brandom's and John Haugeland's accounts of normativity
Document
The goal of this thesis is to find a more satisfying account of normativity than the one found in Saul Kripke's "Wittgenstein on rules and private language." This thesis considers Robert Brandom's and John Haugeland's accounts of normativity in light of Kripke's shortcomings.
