"Unalterably Opposed": Constituting Decolonization in the U.S. Virgin Islands
Document
This project illustrates the degree to which Virgin Islanders are dependent upon the United States - economically, politically and otherwise. It examines the ways in which the territory's colonial status to the U.S. has made difficult any developments of a non-fractured Virgin Islands identity and, consequently, any attempts at constructing home (decolonization).
